The Avery YMCA Family Pool addition is located in Plainfield, Illinois. This addition was designed to provide a family friendly indoor water park including double slides, plunge pool, river float area, a totter slide and play areas. The facility includes a 4,500 SF multipurpose room (Conference/Party room). The pool facility is constructed of precast concrete panels; the multipurpose room is constructed of structural steel and CMU. The project also involved structural and interior renovation of the existing YMCA facility.
