This new Early Childhood Development Center was the first phase of Coal City Unit School District #1’s expansion program. Sollitt was hired as Construction Manager at Risk with a Guaranteed Maximum Price early in the design process to provide cost and schedule analysis, value engineering and site logistics planning. The Sollitt team worked closely with the District and their architectural team during the pre-construction process. The project was delivered within budget with the highest level of quality.
