The scope of our contract consisted of extensive renovation to a 75 year old, 610,694 square foot academy. Work included a major replacement of the MEP systems including 12 air handlers, 41 fans, 9 roof top units, 2 chillers, 2 cooling towers, and 5 boilers. The masonry scope of work included major tuck pointing, and masonry & support steel replacement on all exterior elevations of the building. Interior work consisted of extensive abatement and major renovations to the automotive technology labs, science labs, engineering and mathematics programs.
